I was going to post up the GF link as it chimed with a program on BBC4 last night, part of a series of lectures by Michael Sandel on Justice. It was about Rawls work on political philosophy and particularly the difference principle.

Seems very hypocritical of Guardian Media Group to be bashing Barclays (very inaccurately) when it also invests in high risk funds and protects assets offshore in tax havens.

The whole Guardian thing seems to be about 50:50 between the traditional 'evil capitalists' prejudice and just plain ignorance. Not that corporate taxation is simple, but if you're going to rant about it, go to the trouble of asking some experts first.

Taxation and economics in general are poorly covered by many newspapers, but the Guardian is possibly the worst of the 'serious' ones.
